By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Aviera Esthetics (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Aviera Esthetics provides professional aesthetic and cosmetic services. All treatments are elective, and results vary from person to person. No outcomes are guaranteed.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions unless explicitly stated and provided under medical supervision.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age unless written parental or legal guardian consent is provided.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful medical, skin, and health information before treatment.

A consultation may be required before treatment. By proceeding with services, you confirm that:

Aviera Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Injectable and medical-grade treatments carry inherent risks. These may include swelling, bruising, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction, vascular complications, or unsatisfactory results.

Results vary and are not guaranteed. Additional treatments or touch-ups may require additional fees.

Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions. Aviera Esthetics is not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow aftercare guidance.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
   
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened or forfeited services.
   
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
   

Payment is due upon rendering of services. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

All services are final and non-refundable.

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit if unopened and returned within 3 days, subject to approval.

Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards have no cash value. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Expiration terms, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
