With over 20 years of experience in cosmetology and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Northern Medical University in Russia, I offer an unparalleled understanding of skin science and care. Since moving to the USA in 2017, I have earned my cosmetology license and continuously expanded my expertise through global courses and conferences.

At Aviera Aesthetics, we don’t start by asking which treatment you want.
We start with your skin.
The goal is not to choose the strongest treatment, the newest technology, or whatever is popular right now. The goal is to understand what is happening in your skin, what you would like to improve—or preserve—and which approach makes the most sense for you.

Step 1 — We define your goals
What would you like to improve? What would you like to maintain? And what matters most to you right now?

Step Two — Assess the skin's condition.

During your first visit, I evaluate your skin type and quality, skin barrier integrity, texture, expression lines, and age-related changes.

Step Three — Set priorities.

Sometimes we can proceed directly with a treatment. Other times, we first need to adjust your home care routine and restore your skin barrier before moving on to more active modalities.

Only then do we select a treatment.

Not because it’s currently popular. Not because it’s "the strongest." And not because it gave someone else fantastic results.

But because it makes sense specifically for your skin.
